Internationally Certified Massage Therapist

AHPCSA registered no: A 10338-TM

Are you suffering from pain, repeated injuries or muscle stiffness? Your body might be compensating for muscle imbalances or past injuries.

As a Sports Science graduate I bring a great deal of extra knowledge to the massage therapy profession. Specializing in sports and remedial therapeutic massage I have been working with some of South Africa’s top athletes as well as the general population who are in need of a therapist that can look deeper for the cause of musculoskeletal problems.

Besides the classical massage strokes I use various other advanced techniques such as myo-fascial release, trigger-point therapy, muscle energy techniques(contract-hold-relax) and the lynosport technique. Details on the massage therapy page.

Working from my practices in Bergvliet and The White Lotus Wellness Centre on Kloof Street in Cape Town, I am very accessible from all area of a Cape Town. I am also available for call outs for an additional fee.

I work privately at many of the main mountain bike stage events such as Cape Epic, Sani2c, Joberg2c, Wines2whales, Cape pioneer trek and other 3 day events in the western cape such as African X trail run . I either travel with specific teams or take on a limited number of private clients that can be guaranteed exceptional race support. I have also been in charge of organizing the massage services at the Otter trail run from its inception.
